Governing body of the Institute

The governing body of the Institute is a Council consisting of

1. the President who is the chairperson,
2. the Vice-President – Registry and Administration,
3. the Vice-President – Institutional Relations and Membership Experience,
4. Head, Education and Curriculum Development
5. Head, Technical and Consulting

Functions of the Council

The Council shall

1. ensure the effective and efficient performance of the functions of the Institute;
2. formulate policies and determine strategies for the achievement of the objects of the Institute; and
3. determine and manage the effective and efficient use of the funds and assets of the Institute.
